The Proceedings will be published as a hard copy volume that each delegate will receive as part of their conference registration. We are very pleased to say that the proceedings will also be published online.
The deadline for submitting your full paper is 31 May 2008. Papers may not be accepted if submitted after this date.
Please submit your paper via the EasyChair website that you used in submitting your proposal. You need to log in using your registration details. Go to EasyChair

The standard format file that we request you to use in preparing your paper is here (download instructions / stylesheet). Examples of papers from EVA London 2007 can be seen on http://www.eva-conferences.com/eva_london/2007/papers.
Papers will be peer refereed by at least two people. Your paper may not be suitable for publication. You are advised to take account of the reviewers' comments which have been forwarded to you. The peer group reviewers will take account of these when they assess your paper when it is submitted. Papers may be edited for clarity and grammar.
Don't forget to register now. Up to 31 May 2008 you can combine the special rates for authors with the Early Bird rate - excellent value.
Please note that EVA presentations have a strict time limit of 20 minutes, including any question time. Instructions for presentations will be posted nearer the time.
